Free Ski Shuttle Service Begins in the North Lake Tahoe Area
Residents and visitors alike will travel effortlessly to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood Mountain Resort. No parking nightmare when riding the North Tahoe Ski Shuttle. Enhancements to the Meeks Bay Resort Include Beach Expansion
In addition to the beach on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, proposed changes at Meeks Bay would include improvements to paths and trails, circulation and parking, establish restoration areas and improve scenic views. Truckee River Restoration Proposal
The objectives of the project would be to restore the stream bank and wet meadow, provide enhanced habitat for waterfowl, fish and amphibians, and vegetation, and to improve water quality in the river.
