2016 North Tahoe – Truckee 1st Quarter Market Report
Residential Property Sales in the North Tahoe – Truckee market were stronger in the 1st quarter of 2016 by 22% in units sold (271) and 18% in dollar volume ($238,103,739) than in the same period of 2015. Revised Village at Squaw Valley Specific Plan as of April 1, 2016
On April 1st the revised Village at Squaw Valley Specific Plan was posted on the Placer County website. The plan is for 1493 additional bedrooms in 850 new dwelling units with 108 ft. as the maximum height of any of the buildings. The plan also calls for 150 bedrooms for employee housing on the East Parcel across from the Squaw Valley Academy near the entrance to the Valley. The Draft EIR for Continue Reading
