Fractional Ownership Financing

Due to the recent turmoil in the credit market, funding for Fractional Ownership purchases has become very limited and in most cases not available.  In some cases the seller of an individual share will offer financing.  What most buyers are currently doing is either paying cash, or doing a refinance-cash out on another piece of property.
