| Gray's Crossing
In the hills north of Truckee we have a new community called Gray's Crossing. This new community is named after Joseph Gray, a successful 19th century businessman who founded Gray’s Station, the town that would later become Truckee. The first 101 home sites, called The Bluff's, have already been sold. The next offering of lots will be in summer of 05, and some of these lots will be on the Golf Course. The entire proposed development will be about 750 acres with almost half being open space. Approximately 400 single-family homes will share the rest of the space with a championship golf course, retail space and hiking trails.
Gray’s Crossing is part of a bigger community – Tahoe Mountain Resorts, created by East West Partners, the visionaries behind Beaver Creek in Colorado.
Tahoe Mountain Resorts is a dynamic four-season resort that includes four distinct communities and three remarkable golf courses: Old Greenwood, The Highlands, the Village at Northstar, and Gray’s Crossing, Coyote Moon Golf Course, The Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Old Greenwood and a Peter Jacobsen / Jim Hardy designed golf course.
Recent Prices: Lots: $275,000 - $675,000. Homes: $1,780,000 - $1,999,000. Homeowners Dues: $125 per month.
