The Fractional Ownerships are in two types of accommodations, 2 & 3 Bedroom Townhouses and 3 & 4 Bedroom Cabins. They are offered as 1/17th shares – 3 weeks use per year. Owners have a Primary Use Week (a fixed week), and then can schedule their other use on an as needed basis. Prices in each residence vary depending on the demand of the Primary Use Week.
