Owners are deeded to a specific unit for recording purposes only. Members actually have an undivided interest in all condominiums in the size they own for potentially unlimited use. Amenities include day use, ski storage, covered parking, concierge and valet service. Membership at the Northstar Club is all about service! It is like staying in a four star hotel. If you call ahead they will stock your refrigerator before you arrive. |
| |  The personal attention afforded by your Northstar Club membership is evident upon arrival. You are greeted by name in the Club reception lobby and welcomed back by Club staff members who have become friends.
Your luggage is taken to your private residence by the bellman. Club membership frees you from the daunting task of packing and transporting bulky ski equipment, ski clothing and accessories. Skis, boots and poles, along with your ski clothes were placed in the Club's secure storage area after your previous visit. Just prior to arrival, your ski clothes were placed in your Club residence. Your skis, boots and poles are in your private locker in the stately Members Ski Room. |
| | Northstar Club is adjacent to Northstar's Swim and Racquet Club, one of the finest facilities of its type to be found at any mountain resort. As a Northstar Club member you have full privileges at this exceptional recreation complex. |  |  | | |
| | The Club has been built on a human scale, not intended for the masses, but rather for individual enjoyment. As you walk through the lobby, your appreciation for its comfort and warm, relaxing atmosphere is rekindled,. You take pride in the tasteful furnishings, thoughtful appointments and the friendliness of members and staff, alike. In the Members Lounge, you settle in next to the fireplace with a beverage and chat with fellow members you've come to know during previous vacations. To maximize vacation time, change rooms and luggage storage are available for early arrivals and late departures during any time of year |  |  | | |
| |  Reservation Procedures:
There are three categories of reservation use.
- Pre-Planned Winter & Summer Vacations
- 2 weeks winter & 2 weeks summer.
- Long Term Space Availability Reservation
- 1 week winter & 1 week summer
- Short Term Space Availability Reservations
- unlimited, from 1 to 7 nights at a time.
There is no limit to the amount of use. If some members use the Club less than their allotted time, other owners will be able to use it more. |
| |  Pre-Planned Vacations:
By September 15th of each year each member completes and returns the Planned Vacation reservation form for the upcoming winter season for the first two seven day periods. Members are scheduled on a rotation priority basis. Weeks are booked from Friday to Friday.
By march 15th of each year the same is required to book Summer Planned Vacations.
Long term Space Available Reservations
After the Planned Vacations are confirmed, memberships are confirmed for up to an additional seven days after November 1st on a Long Term Space Available basis for winter and May 1st for the first Long Term Space Availability reservation for summer.
Short Term Space Available Reservations
Each Membership may make one additional reservation from 1 to 7 days of Short Term Space Availability anytime within 15 days of the anticipated arrival date. Owners may allow friends and relatives to use their Pre-Planned Vacation Reservations.
Owners may invite Sponsored Guests to lodge at the Club on a Space Available basis at the Club Managers discretion during non-peak periods only when the Club is less than 60% booked by the Members. |
