Big Springs and Old Northstar

The Big Springs and Old Northstar Neighborhoods are located at the entrance and along the base of the Northstar Ski Resort. These neighborhoods include condominiums, town homes, single family homes, and luxury 4 or 5 bedrooms vacation homes. These homes are as close as can be to the ski slopes with some properties even being true ski-in-ski-out properties. 

These neighborhoods are a part of the NPOA Home Owners Association which includes a door-to-door shuttle bus service which eliminates the need to drive in the snow or on busy days along with access to the recreation center which includes a family pool and splash pad, lap pool, fitness center, hot tubs, arcade and media room, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, grassy areas for picnic, and a concession stand. The association also includes the golf course. All of this is available for homeowners in Northstar neighborhoods and condos, not the Village owners, with the exception of Northstar Club for all of the neighborhoods.  Homeowners will also have the option to further amenities by joining social clubs like the Tahoe Mountain Club, Lahontan or Schaffer’s Mill; all of which open their membership to non-property owners.
