This collection of 16 townhomes (part of the Northstar Mountainside Properties) is located between two ski runs, under the Highlands Gondola directly below the Ritz-Carlton, Home Run owners have direct access to Northstar slopes.  Their memberships in The Highlands Spa at the Ritz-Carlton, the private on slope Schaffer’s Camp restaurant and the Tahoe Mountain Club will give them all of the amenities expected in such a high end vacation community.  The Tree House, a clubhouse with a fitness facility and an outdoor pool is open exclusively for Mountainside owners and guests.
