North Lake Tahoe Fractional Ownerships

The North Lake Tahoe Area consists of several zipcodes: Tahoe City, Carneliean Bay, and Kings Beach. There are a few fractional ownership single family homes and condominiums in the North Lake Tahoe Area.

The Fractional Ownerships in the Tahoe City, Carneliean Bay, and Kings Beach are individual condominiums in select condominium projects and various single family homes.  Generally they are 1/4 , 1/3 and 1/2 shares.  There are only a small number of Fractionals in this area and shares only come available occasionally. 

There are two Lakefront  Fractional Ownership condominium projects in the North Tahoe area; Tonopalo and Sweetbriar.  In both of these all developer owned shares have been sold, however  there are almost always resale shares available.  The other Fractionals in this area are either individual condominiums or single family homes and shares in these do come available from time to time.
