Incline Village and Crystal Bay

Incline Village and Crystal Bay are located on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe’s North shore.  Its roots go way back to 1878 when loggers built the Great Incline Tramway and today it is noted for amazing amenities such as ski trails, golf course, amazing beaches, world-class mountain biking trails, an 18 hole disc-golf course, the picturesque State Park at Sand Harbor, Diamond Peak Ski Resort with amazing lake views, rejuvenating spas, and casinos. 

Incline Village

Incline Village is the largest town on the Nevada side of the lake yet has a population of less than 10,000. Incline Village is a highly desirable area known for its amazing amenities, some of which come with residency such as; ski trails, tennis courts, a rec center, golf course, and beach access. Other activities available in Incline include mountain biking trails, and easy access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort and Mt. Rose Ski Resort. Properties in Incline Village are in high demand matching the high price tags.  Incline Village is known for its multi-million dollar mansions along Lakeshore drive, most with private beaches, piers, and buoys. Other neighborhoods offer some ‘old Tahoe’ style cabins, luxury single-family homes, condos and townhomes. Incline Village is a destination for those wanting an upscale way of life mixed with the unapparelled outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has to offer. 

Crystal Bay 

Crystal Bay is located at the Nevada Stateline and is known for its casinos and stunning lakefront estates and its distinct large granite boulders and sandy coves. Homes range from lakefronts with rocky shores to panoramic lake view homes. There are several condo complexes in this subdivision such as the Boulder Bay Resort and Stillwater Cove, which offers a private marina, restaurant, tennis courts, swimming pool and underground parking. Crystal Bay homeowners do not have Incline beach privileges, but they enjoy discounts at all other amenities: golf courses, tennis, Recreation Center and Diamond Peak Ski Resort.

East Shore

From Incline heading south along the East Shore are the infamous granite boulder beaches of Sand Harbor (Nevada State Park), Hidden Beach, Chimney Beach, etc. South of theses wonderful beaches are several private estates including the historic Thunderbird Lodge. South of this is Glenbrook, a private community with a sandy cove and great history, and the neighborhoods of South Lake Tahoe, on the Nevada side.
