We started working with Greg for a Lake Tahoe vacation property more than 15 years ago. We were looking on and off for many years and when we were ready to move forward, we reached out to Greg, of the Rankin Richet Team, and he immediately got back to us to have a Zoom meeting. Finding a vacation home in Tahoe was a very emotional purchase for us that we waited a long time for. His knowledge of various regions in and around North Lake Tahoe and the unique set of amenities, perks and quirks that give each of the neighborhoods a different aspect of the Tahoe Lifestyle was a big help. We were delighted to find a property that was a perfect match for what we were hoping for. We ended up finding something in the skiing and golf community of Northstar in Truckee which we didn’t know much about. Greg was able to give us a lot of good information that helped us make our choice. He guided us every step of the way during the escrow process. We had a lot of questions and either Greg got back to us immediately about it or was able to obtain the answers directly for us.
