Greg helped my wife and I purchase a North Lake Tahoe vacation home. Before actually meeting Greg in person we told him what we were looking for. Greg then selected the right properties for us to look at and he planned a most efficient itinerary for each of our visits to the Tahoe area. Our time was limited.
We spent three Saturdays looking at properties with Greg. Greg gave us his unbiased opinion of the advantages and disadvantages of each property he showed us. Not being from the area and never having owned real estate in a four season region, we found his advice to be invaluable.
We eventually found the house we were looking for, the right size house located in the perfect neighborhood in Tahoe City. Greg then negotiated the right price for the house. Greg was very helpful through this process as well. He negotiated with a difficult seller with diplomacy, patience and clarity throughout the escrow. He also recommended a bank where we were able to get the loan for the house. However we had the unfortunate experience of that bank failing just before our escrow was to close but Greg was able, through his helpful network of local professionals, to get the loan funded within our designated time line for closing.
We now truly enjoy our house in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area as a family, with our daughter and granddaughters due in great part to Greg’s efforts. Greg is a wonderful person and highly qualified professional who knows the area and knows his business.
