It was a pleasure working with Mr. Rankin.  I found him to be very knowledgeable with his many years of experience in the Tahoe Basin.  He was always candid and forthright in our dealings with selling our condominium at Granlibakken in Tahoe City.  Mr. Rankin offered us many choices and options regarding our negotiations.  He always made prompt replies with the counter offers etc.  He was very easy to get a hold of when I needed to have questions answered or more information explained to me.  He saw to it that we met all the deadlines in spite of the fact I was located out of the Lake Tahoe area and do not have access to email or the internet.  He spent countless hours sorting out details and explaining them to me in a very professional manner.  I would highly recommend Mr. Rankin for any real estate matters.
